Are you a quartz slab manufacturer or a trading company?

It is the first question most buyers ask a Chinese supplier, and it deserves a checkable answer rather than a claim.

The company is registered at the plant address in Yunfu, and the registration number in the table above is a public record. The slabs on this website are pressed on our lines. We are not buying finished slabs and putting our name on them. That is the difference between a quartz slab manufacturer and a reseller, and it is why the registration and the patents below matter.

In March 2018 our engineers filed three utility model patents on equipment built for those lines: a vacuum press forming device for engineered stone (CN208232174U), an ultrasonic deep cleaning device for stone (CN208230416U), and an automatic feeding device for quartz (CN208198870U). A trading company does not file patents on press equipment.

The people running the lines have been making engineered stone in Yunfu since 2014.

Registered at the plant

The address on the business licence is the address of the factory, not an office in another city. Both are in the table above.

Patents on our equipment

Three utility model patents filed in March 2018 on the press, cleaning and feeding equipment we built for our quartz lines.

Open to audit

We accept factory audits, and inspection by SGS or any other accredited third party you appoint, at your cost or ours by agreement.

Where are your factories?

Each site sits in the industrial cluster that was built for its product. That location decides who the skilled operators are, how fast a replacement part arrives, and what a line costs to run.

Yunfu

Quartz and cultured marble. Yunfu is the stone city of southern China and our quartz slab factory and main warehouse are here, along with ten slab lines and the stock we ship from.

Foshan

Porcelain slabs. Foshan is the centre of Chinese ceramics, with the kilns and the large-format presses that porcelain needs. Some specifications still call this material sintered stone.

Dongguan

Steel table bases. Dongguan is a metalworking belt. Our table bases are cut, welded and finished there, which is why we can quote a table as one item rather than two.

What do you make?

We are a quartz manufacturer first: four lines of product, three of them pressed or fired by us. Click through for sizes, thicknesses and the full design range.

Amber gold vein quartz countertop slab GS2695 — bright white with broad amber gold veins and a fine grey hairline network

Quartz Slabs

Our main line. 3,200 × 1,600 mm, pressed, polished or honed on our ten lines in Yunfu, in a wide range of designs.

Mid Grey Crystal Aggregate cultured marble slab - mid-grey ground with black and white chips and crystal flecks

Cultured Marble

Cast on the same site. It takes the chip and aggregate patterns quartz cannot.

Wood look porcelain countertops, Teak Wood Look porcelain slab GSA163212X3047 — amber teak grain with knots and cat's-eye figure

Porcelain Slabs

Fired in Foshan. Non-porous, heat resistant, and the material most often asked for by its other name, sintered stone.

Natural Marble

Selected at the quarry block stage and processed to your sizes in our workshop. We choose it rather than manufacture it.

Granite is sourced the same way as marble, block by block. The complete range of everything we press, fire and cut is in our slab catalogue.

Can you cut to size, or do you only sell slabs?

About half of what leaves the quartz slab factory is no longer a slab. We cut to drawings in our workshop: countertops cut to size with sink and cooktop openings, mitred and built-up edges, and the fifteen edge profiles fabricators ask for.

Two capabilities are worth naming because not every plant has them. We press jumbo slabs at 3,200 × 1,600 mm, which is what island tops and full-height splashbacks need. And we make printed quartz, where ink-penetration printing takes the vein 0.5–1 mm into the face of the slab instead of leaving it on the surface.

Since 2026 we also supply complete stone tables — the top cut from our slabs, the base welded in Dongguan, quoted and packed as one item.

How do you check quality before shipment?

In our quartz slab factory every slab is inspected face-up under light before it goes on the rack, and again before it is crated. We are looking for the three faults that cause claims: pinholes, pattern breaks across a bookmatched pair, and thickness variation along the length.

Finished countertops are checked against the signed drawing — overall size, cut-out positions, edge profile and corner radii — and segments over 1,500 mm are dry-assembled before packing so the joint is proved in the factory rather than on site.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016), valid to 26 November 2028. The certificate carries a QR code you can scan to verify it against the issuing body. Product testing is done batch by batch, and the figures for any design you are quoting are available on request.

How do I place a first order?

Stock slabs start at one slab (check stock with us); made-to-order slabs start at one container. A made-to-order container can mix up to five colours and different thicknesses, which is how most first orders are placed — a trial of several designs rather than a container of one.

Payment is deposit and balance, or an irrevocable letter of credit. We accept inspection by SGS or any other accredited third party before shipment.

Slabs ship on wooden A-frames, countertops in wooden export crates with foam and timber bracing across the cut-outs. Table tops and their bases ship together when they are ordered together.

If you want to see what is in stock rather than what we can make, the current stock list is published every month. Stock changes quickly, so check availability with us before you order.

Who do you supply?

Fabricators

You want consistent thickness, flat slabs and the same batch twice. We hold some stock of the running designs (check with us before you order) and tell you when a batch changes.

Distributors

You want a container that sells. Mixed loading, hundreds of designs to choose from, and printed material for the designs you stock.

Project buyers

You want one supplier to hold a specification across a hotel or a development. We quote cut-to-size against your drawings and keep the batch reserved.

Questions buyers ask

A manufacturer. The address on our business licence is the factory itself in Yunfu, Guangdong, not an office in another city, and our unified social credit code, 91445302MA51BB0153, is a public record you can check before you send a drawing. The slabs on our website are pressed on our lines; we do not buy finished slabs and put our name on them.

Our main plant and warehouse are at M Zone, Yunfu International Stone Industrial Park, Silao Town, Yuncheng District, Yunfu, Guangdong 527326, China, where we press quartz and terrazzo. Porcelain slabs are fired at our Foshan site, and steel table bases are cut, welded and finished in Dongguan. Natural marble and granite are the only materials we source rather than make.

It depends on how the slabs are supplied. A slab already in stock sells from one slab, so check stock with us first. Slabs pressed to order start at one container, which can mix up to five colours and different thicknesses. Printed Quartz starts from one slab and can share a container with other colours. Finished countertops have no minimum, but freight on a small lot is high, so we say so before quoting.

Our team has made engineered stone since 2014, in Yunfu, the stone city of southern China. That experience shows in the equipment: our engineers built a vacuum press forming device, an ultrasonic deep cleaning device and an automatic quartz feeding device for our lines, and hold a utility model patent on each. A trading company does not file patents on press equipment.

Up to 1,000,000 m² of engineered stone a year, from the ten slab lines at our Yunfu plant, which covers 30,000 m² including the warehouse. Porcelain is fired separately at our Foshan site, and our Dongguan site makes only steel table bases. We also keep more than 10,000 m² of finished slabs in stock, so a buyer who needs slabs quickly can often take stock that loads in 7 to 15 days instead of waiting about 30 days for a production run.

Yes. We accept factory audits and inspection by SGS or any other accredited third party you appoint, with the inspection fee paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise. Our team checks every slab face-up under light before it goes on the rack and again before it is crated, looking for pinholes, pattern breaks across a bookmatched pair and thickness variation along the length.

Our main export markets are Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and North America, and we quote FOB or CIF to any port on request. Australia bans engineered stone containing 1% or more crystalline silica, so quartz for that market is pressed as a silica-free version, made to order in about 30 days. Payment is a deposit and balance, or an irrevocable letter of credit.

There is no single best one; the right quartz manufacturer is the one whose designs and supply fit your market. Well-known brands include Cambria, Silestone by Cosentino, Caesarstone, MSI, LG Viatera and HanStone. Start from the colours you need and compare makers on those. Buying factory-direct, also check that the maker presses its own slabs and lets you audit the plant; we welcome both checks.
